Digital Products (Ebooks)

All sales of digital products (ebooks) are final. Once you have downloaded a file, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with a file that prevents you from opening it, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.
